Hello and welcome back to another day on the hop with Nat and Friends! Details are on the Stampendous blog! I have been so inspired by all the journal pages from the Creative Squad featured on Nat's blog, pssst.... the Stampendous blog is sharing some previous projects of theirs each day until we get to see more great things from them on Friday. I decided I'd try a journal page again. Nat's Urban Scribble set made it super easy to get my idea down and then it took me forever to decide what to write! lol My paints were DecoArt - Turquoise Blue, Butterscotch, and Royal Purple (tinted with Snow White). I used Snow White on its own with the solid side of the foam stamp. Th...

Hello and welcome to our last day of hopping with sticky fun from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L. If you are just finding the blog hop here you might want to jump down below for the entire hop list, otherwise I'm so glad you've stopped by. My project today is using a sweet Denim Cover journal , Pennant Set , small and regular 3D Foam Squares , and E-Z Runner permanent strips adhesives  from Scrapbook Adhesives The stamped and stenciled images are from Stampendous Sailboats Cling Rubber Stamp Set . wavy stencils  The free template inside the stamp set is this pretty wave pattern so I sponged white, then a mixture of blue periwinkle paint through it. This stencil has a repeating design so you are not limited to the height of the stencil, just align and stencil some more! While that dried I sponged paint onto the canvas pennant, using leftover paint from the stenciling. I pulled out a few pieces of muslim from my stash, it's a bit smoother than c...

Send A Smile 4 Kids

Happy Saturday everyone! While I will be out on a soccer field today with my kids this post is coming to you with a special purpose about kids. I found out about this charity through Stampendous, who happens to be sponsoring them this week during a new challenge. It's Send a Smile 4 Kids. If you have some kid style cards already made or kid style stamps that need some ink time, consider sending them to this charity.  Check out their web page here and their card guidelines here to make sure that you’re not sending something that won’t work for them. Then choose a volunteer in your area from their list here and Send a Smile 4 Kids. The current challenge is "Animals 4 Kids" and it's perfect for all the animal stamps I have from Stampendous. I made up this new card to share today, but I'll be going through all of my catalog cards from the past releases to see if I have any that I can send their way as well. Please consider joining me and ...
