A pumpkin tutorial

BookPaperPumpkin

Earlier today I posted this pumpkin for my Stampendous and Scrapbook Adhesives blog hop, but what I didn't tell everyone was that a full tutorial was available on Paper Craft Planet today as the 3-D Challenge. Yay!

Most of the pictures are the same as my step-out photo from the last post, but this time you get a supplies list and directions with each photograph. Double-yay!

So you can head on over to the 3d229 Rolled Book Paper Pumpkin Challenge tutorial.

PaperCraft Planet Sketch Challenge sk062113

It's time for another challenge from me today. Whew! It's been so much fun to bring you all these goodies one right after another. It's like a progressive party except I'm the one doing all the courses. lol

Yep we've got a new sketch challenge that I'm hosting over on the PaperCraft Planet blog. Hope you join in with this one too. You can use up some of those scraps you've been saving for a rainy day.

I'm using some brand new stamps in my stash from Reverse Confetti. They've been waiting patiently to get inked up and it's just about time I finally did. Hopefully I'll have more chances to get them inky, but for now all I can say it WOW. They stamp like nothing else.

Details:
Stamps: Peacock Pretties and I Like You (Reverse Confetti)
Paper: Kraft (Hobby Lobby), scrap
Ink: Jet Black (Archival, Ranger)
Accessories: sewing machine, foam adhesive dots

Facebook Cover Photo Update

See that up above? I made that all by mah'selfs.

I created some graphics to do for a map making activity in my kids Caravan's class at church last night. They were still on my computer screen when I got home since I made them right before we left and so when I sat down I got an idea to use one of them again. I was smitten with the city street/scape that I made and so I colored it and decided to use it as my cover photo in Facebook.

I might like to stop in sometime there and get a latte. Or maybe I'll add another building with a latte sign... if I have enough time.

What's coming up??????

Late Thursday night I'll be posting a journal page with the next Mix-Ability challenge! Have you jumped in on the mixed media challenge this week? I hosted MIX11 and Friday the new one is hosted by talented Miss Dini.
I'll be back on Friday with another Project Life layout and a Stampendous Blog Hop with prizes. Did you know that you can get a prize for commenting on our team posts? Go to the Stampendous blog and find all the posts for Project Life this week and comment away!
Comment to win a free April Club Cr8 e-book at this POST! Deadline is Monday 5:00 p.m. MT. One comment per person please.

Have a New Year's Resolution to join a CLUB?

For about a decade of my life I always thought my New Year's Resolution should involve joining a "club". You know one of those places people pay to go and sweat, feel pain and drained as they leave the building? Yep, it eventually was left off my list until recently.

I've found a club I think YOU will love as much as I do. It's not too late to put a new line on the resolution list so get your virtual pen and right this down!

Paper Craft Planet has a NEW club where you can get all the best tips and tricks conveniently in one place. It's called ClubCr8 for a reason so...

Go check it out now!

Happy New Year everyone! It's time to return to this routine of posting some of my favorite things to do. I'm getting a bit of fun in with coloring these days. I've started teaching some basic classes in the Valley and well, I need to brush the dust off my markers and get back into the swing of things.

I made this card and decided to use it for the Paper Craft Planet Sketch challenge today, so I hope you'll pop on over there, say hi and grab the sketch. It's a sweet little sketch if I do say so myself. Tee-hee.

I'm posting for Stampendous today with a Kiddo Hop card.
