Dashing through the Snow


It's me with a quick card for the In Style Wednesday Challenge, Over the Hump Blog Candy Give Away. Create a card that has something to do with snow and then post it on your blog. Enter into Mr. Linky over on In Style's blog and have a chance at that day's blog candy. Sounds good to me!

When you're done, head on over to the store and shop with a discount! All you have to do is click on the In Style Stamps logo located on my sidebar. Now that's something to get you over the hump of the week!

I should say that I used the November Viva La Verve Week #1 sketch for this card, but you would think I was a lyin'. I started down a path and just couldn't get back to the great sketch that Amber provided. I even forgot the panel on the bottom of the card! So the {twist} was a recipe; 1 embellishment, 2 colors cardstock + a neutral, 3 stamps. I think I did okay with the recipe, oh nope, I have another stamp on the inside of the card. LOL

Let's Celebrate Plain Jane Style!

There is an Anni-Verve-Sary party going on today! Verve Stamp Company is 2 years old! The hop started at Verve's blog , so come hop on board and see over 5 dozen projects that are sure to get your Verve on! I've been waiting for the right time to blog about this project and when the opportunity came to join in the anniversary blog hop for Verve I knew it was time. My blog hop project today uses all Plain Jane Bible verses from Verve. I saw this project at Susan Roberts gallery on Splitcoaststampers and went to her blog to get the details .
