Curios for the Holidays


Hey there stampers and friends! Remember a few weeks ago, well back in May, I posted a fun little card using the new Coffee Friend Curio? I'm back today with more Curio fun for Christmas!

Instructions:
  1. Stamp Brown Bear with Memento Black ink onto a 4 by 5-1/4 inch Mixed Media White Paper and color, see Copic marker colors above.
  2. Stamp Brown Bear onto a sticky note and trim for a mask. Place over colored image and airbrush around the masked image.
  3. Stamp sentiment from Merry Words with Memento Cottage Ivy by stamping off some ink on scrap paper and then again onto the masked image paper.
  4. Stamp bubbles from Merry Words with black ink around image and color with Real Red Glitter Marker.
  5. Glue to Firecracker cardstock and tie with knotted ribbon then glue down onto folded 4-1/4 by 5-1/2 inch Parrot card base.

Instructions:
  1. Stamp Curio Poinsettia with black ink on Mixed Media White Paper and color.
  2. Add red cardstock trim above and below image.
  3. Tie twine in a bow around image and glue to folded 4-1/4 by 5-1/2 inch card base.
  4. Die cut merry from red cardstock and glue to card base.

Let's Celebrate Plain Jane Style!

There is an Anni-Verve-Sary party going on today! Verve Stamp Company is 2 years old! The hop started at Verve's blog , so come hop on board and see over 5 dozen projects that are sure to get your Verve on! I've been waiting for the right time to blog about this project and when the opportunity came to join in the anniversary blog hop for Verve I knew it was time. My blog hop project today uses all Plain Jane Bible verses from Verve. I saw this project at Susan Roberts gallery on Splitcoaststampers and went to her blog to get the details .
