Ampilfy with Imagine Crafts and Stampendous Blog Hop

Welcome back to another round of amp'ing up our Stampendous projects with Imagine Crafts products.

These projects have been fun to put together, trying out new ways to use Reinkers, and there is the new Amplify! from Imagine Crafts made by Tsukineko that is turning out to be the most fun product for dimension.

Thank you all for your kind comments this week, they always mean so much to me when I get them and this week they can earn you a chance at some of the great products we've been using! Yep, comment before Sunday night and then check back on the Stampendous blog for the winners! All details and deadlines can be found on the Stampendous Monday post. Here's a little eye treat to see what you can win (one of each product).

The hop list for this week...

And now for my project...

A cheerful card for a birthday wish. I used Happy Memories Stamp as the sentiment with Tuxedo Black Ink and swiped Reinkers across the sentiment, then I used an emboss pen to make a thin underline back and forth across each line of the sentiment. With each color I stopped and sprinkle clear yet tinted embossing powder to match each color, tapped off the excess and heat set them in.

The background paper was created with the Reinkers and Creative Palette Rectangles. Stamped with Sketchy Blooms in Tuxedo Black ink and then random dots of Amplify! were added along with scribbles of clear tinted embossing powder

White paper is Mixed Media White Paper and color is Bazzill Basics.

Let's Celebrate Plain Jane Style!

There is an Anni-Verve-Sary party going on today! Verve Stamp Company is 2 years old! The hop started at Verve's blog , so come hop on board and see over 5 dozen projects that are sure to get your Verve on! I've been waiting for the right time to blog about this project and when the opportunity came to join in the anniversary blog hop for Verve I knew it was time. My blog hop project today uses all Plain Jane Bible verses from Verve. I saw this project at Susan Roberts gallery on Splitcoaststampers and went to her blog to get the details . I decided to make one for my mother as a Christmas present...in 2008. Yep, I just now finished it and I have the blog hop to thank. Using sketches would have made this a whole lot faster. LOL The two cards shown in the picture above use the latest Plain Jane release for Psalm 121:1-2 (hanging on box) and Hebrews 11:1 (in front of box). And I'll give the details below, but first here's a slide show of the whole year. Hebr...
