Hop with Whisker Graphics

Happy Monday! We are starting a new week and a new blog hop! Stampendous found this sweet Whisker Graphics company with cute bags, twine and tags that we have the privilege of using this week on our hop!

As with all of our hops there are prizes! This hop has prizes just a little bit different than the one's before so please make sure you read the details on the Stampendous blog! There is a prize package with a lot of similar products that we are using so get inspired and then comment on our blogs to increase your chances!

Here is my project today!

I created a set of fun card that work perfectly for love notes to my kids. Each one is slightly different, but they all have the same elements. I stamped Wood Background on three pieces of kraft cardstock with Mudslide ink.

Each animal from Woodland Friends is stamped, colored and die cut out, the head is attached with a Pop'cessories die to make it wobble.

The cards all have a fun tag add as the sentiment panel, LOVE that idea even if the tag seems to be hanging from nowhere.

Each card has a different twine embellishment - fox has wrapped and bow tied twine, Owl has a tassel and Bear has a multiple loop bow.

Thank you for stopping by and please stop by the rest of the hop spots today!

Janelle Stollfus - you are here!

Let's Celebrate Plain Jane Style!

There is an Anni-Verve-Sary party going on today! Verve Stamp Company is 2 years old! The hop started at Verve's blog , so come hop on board and see over 5 dozen projects that are sure to get your Verve on! I've been waiting for the right time to blog about this project and when the opportunity came to join in the anniversary blog hop for Verve I knew it was time. My blog hop project today uses all Plain Jane Bible verses from Verve. I saw this project at Susan Roberts gallery on Splitcoaststampers and went to her blog to get the details . I decided to make one for my mother as a Christmas present...in 2008. Yep, I just now finished it and I have the blog hop to thank. Using sketches would have made this a whole lot faster. LOL The two cards shown in the picture above use the latest Plain Jane release for Psalm 121:1-2 (hanging on box) and Hebrews 11:1 (in front of box). And I'll give the details below, but first here's a slide show of the whole year. Hebr...
