Holiday Coffee Lover's Blog Hop

It's a crafty coffee lover's dream to blog about for the holidays, and I'm coming back for a second day and the rest of my card set for the Viva La Verve - One-Sheet-Wonder Challenge this month.

I've made some extensions to the challenge rules and popped up a panel that I've cut through so it would have a bit more dimension on the red "COFFEE" card. The yellow card, I creased the left side panels into loops. Details about supplies are at the bottom of my blog post if you're interested and to see the challenge go to Viva La Verve Sketch Challenge blog.

There are 27 sponsors for the hop and they have some amazing prizes! There's still time to enter for a chance to win from them. Thank you sponsors and Amy Tsuruta for putting together such a fabulous hop. Check out the list of sponsors, the list of prizes AND all the wonderful projects that are in the InLinkz gallery. Walk through these wonderful projects and you might find more blog prizes!

Blog hop details are on this POST.

Let's Celebrate Plain Jane Style!

There is an Anni-Verve-Sary party going on today! Verve Stamp Company is 2 years old! The hop started at Verve's blog , so come hop on board and see over 5 dozen projects that are sure to get your Verve on! I've been waiting for the right time to blog about this project and when the opportunity came to join in the anniversary blog hop for Verve I knew it was time. My blog hop project today uses all Plain Jane Bible verses from Verve. I saw this project at Susan Roberts gallery on Splitcoaststampers and went to her blog to get the details . I decided to make one for my mother as a Christmas present...in 2008. Yep, I just now finished it and I have the blog hop to thank. Using sketches would have made this a whole lot faster. LOL The two cards shown in the picture above use the latest Plain Jane release for Psalm 121:1-2 (hanging on box) and Hebrews 11:1 (in front of box). And I'll give the details below, but first here's a slide show of the whole year. Hebr...
