Stampendous Add a Little Dazzle Blog Hop

The finale hop with Add a Little Dazzle Craft Metal Sheets alongside Stampendous Stamps and Essentials!

Today we have a full line up of inspiration pieces for you to grab some ideas and comment on each blog for a chance at one of three prize packages that include Metal Sheets, Stamps and Cutting Dies, you've seen throughout this week

We have enjoyed working with Add A Little Dazzle Craft Metal Sheets this week. They were new to me and it was easy to dive in and try new techniques.

The team over at Add a Little Dazzle has created a special featuring the metals from this blog hop for those of you who have already realized you're going to need these products. You can find it here - Add A Little Dazzle Stampendous Hop Special.

This ornament was my opportunity to have fun with the mixed media side of my art. I love to layer and get thick into the paints, glitter, embossing powders to mke a collage look. There is glitter on kraftboard. Copper embossing on metal sheet on top of kraftboard and then it's all smudged with Metallic Lustre wax paint. There is also tissue paper embossed snowflakes dancing around a Christmas Diamond embossed image of Santa. The Christmas tag is nestled in by Santa and the bow is tied through two holes punched with the Crop-a-Dile tool.

Product details are at the bottom of my post because I'm sure you'll want to move forward on to more fun projects.

P.S. If you click on a blog link and receive a notice that says “this post is not here” or something similar, just click on the blog header or look for a link that says Home. That should take you to the home page of that blog and the correct post should be near the top. Thanks for your patience.

Welcome Second Annual Scrappy Bowl Party! Thanks so much for popping in to see my Scrappy project using some new Essentials by Stampendous! As our team is getting ready for the blog hop this coming Saturday I wanted to give you a sneak peek of a new product. It's gonna knock your socks off! (That's just so the fragments don't soar off the page and to the floor.) Now for the Sc...

Let's Celebrate Plain Jane Style!

There is an Anni-Verve-Sary party going on today! Verve Stamp Company is 2 years old! The hop started at Verve's blog , so come hop on board and see over 5 dozen projects that are sure to get your Verve on! I've been waiting for the right time to blog about this project and when the opportunity came to join in the anniversary blog hop for Verve I knew it was time. My blog hop project today uses all Plain Jane Bible verses from Verve. I saw this project at Susan Roberts gallery on Splitcoaststampers and went to her blog to get the details . I decided to make one for my mother as a Christmas present...in 2008. Yep, I just now finished it and I have the blog hop to thank. Using sketches would have made this a whole lot faster. LOL The two cards shown in the picture above use the latest Plain Jane release for Psalm 121:1-2 (hanging on box) and Hebrews 11:1 (in front of box). And I'll give the details below, but first here's a slide show of the whole year. Hebr...
