Glorious Florals Galore with Stampendous
Hands down, Stampendous has the most spectacular flowers and this week they are the Design Team's blog post showcases for the catalog release. A catalog release simply means we get to go to our favorite local craft store and purchase new STAMPENDOUS!
All this week Stampendous and the design team have been posting their projects with new Florals from the catalog. Here are a couple of photos on how I did the can.
The newest Cling Jumbo Stamps include a free template to mask areas from a layer of color. The template is bendable to conform to the any surface like my paint can. Now you can mask without wasting sticky notes or the time it takes to fussy cut them all out!
I sponged white gesso over the printed tissue paper using the template so I would have an opaque surface to stamp the Calla Lilys. The photo below shows the stamped image nicely on top of the gesso mask.
Go to the Stampendous blog for their posts with links to more Design Team inspirations! Wait! There's one more fantastic thing to tell you. It's a new month, right? Well that means there is a new challenge from Stampendous as well. Check out the details by going to Stampendous blog and clicking the 2013 Challenge Contest link.
