Okay, Eeks! The couple in the Twitterpated set tickled my crafty funny bone right away. They are so artistic with adorable character that I headed for the mixed media supplies. With some new tips in hand shared by my friend, Em, I stamped and colored this card with delight! They. Are. Cute!

Hi Marte! Welcome to my crafty world. :o)
DeleteI painted white gesso across an old book page and scrapped back some of the paint while it was still wet so you can see the text peeking through. An old credit card or a straight piece of clear plastic packaging will do.
I stamped the images with Versafine Onyx Black and heat set it.
I used watercolor pencils for my color and did it in layers. Pencil, aqua pen, more pencil, aqua pen... until I liked the colors. I didn't want it to be too dark though so my colors went on very light.
