All this week there will be fun inspiration from the Stampendous Design team using specialty inks by Tsukineko from Imagine Crafts, the US distributor of all things good with ink!
Oh yes, there are prizes for this week. It's simple to get in on the chance to win a prize package, all you need to do is comment on the design team blogs that are hopping this week. For the details on the prize package and deadlines to comment check out the Monday Stampendous post HERE.
Now for my project!
Once dry I stamped Queen Annes Lace Stamp in Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I colored only the leaves with colored pencils and then started to Amplify! This seriously fun product goes on like a glue consistency, but once it's heated will dry and puff! I used Electric Blue, Electric Purple and White on the flower of the plant. I wanted the rest of the stamp to stand out so I grabbed the Black Amplify bottle and spread it with the tip of my paper piercer tool. Ha, that took a while but worth it I think.
The finishing touches included matting the stamped image with a purple cardstock, a stamped sentiment and then I added Fran•tage Color Fragments in Amethyst and Hot Blue. It makes any project a little more spontaneous and with the Amplify nearby it's a texture playing field!
Now it's time to visit the rest of the team posting today.
