Being Sentimental with a Framing Challenge

Can you believe it's Friday already? So many places to go, things to do, projects to finish and that isn't even to get ready for summer around our house.

It's nice to stop in here this week and share a little something colorful and fun. Today's post is also about the Stampendous weekly theme, Celebrating Sentiments!

What are they? It's akin to coloring pages, but it can be stamped over and over again! Stampendous has nine terrific framed sentiment stamps that are the perfect size for an A2 card. Stamp it, color it and glue it onto a card base. The card is done unless you want to add embossing powders, ribbon or whatever your embellishing go-to may be.

Before I get on with my post, I'd like to also let you know that there is a new Splitcoaststampers Mix-Ability challenge, MIX173 : Frame It!!, that our new team member Polly is hosting, you'll want to stop in and meet her, join in the fun while you are there! I'll be sharing a project sometime later, but when I saw the challenge I immediately thought of all these great sentiment stamps that are framed!

Here's my card with supplies and instructions at the end of my post.

There are more fabulous samples from the Stampendous design team today. If you haven't already stopped by their blogs here is the complete list for today.

  3. This is so gorgeous and cheery. I love the Copic colors that you chose. I would love to sit and color this card (I am sure it would be more like 6 cards). I am so happy to see these sentiment stamps so that I can make a few quick, yet lovely cards.
